It would be great to have the ability to view a map of all call routing for a company in a GUI and be able to download it to an excel document to help manage call routing more efficiently.
This is required. I would be satisfied by an ever simpler version of this where you only have a visual representation of all receptionists and call groups and how they are connected to one another. Right now, we maintain an independent chart of the mapping of all the receptionists and call groups. With nearly 100 groups in our org, it's hard to keep track of the call flow without such a tool!
Having a map GUI for the phone layout could also allow us to drag and drop phones in different places on the map to adjust the call flows.
