Delegate Pop up box to be disabled

Currently, there is a pop-up that advises you are a delegate when creating a meeting on someone's behalf that needs to be dismissed before the meeting can be created.

Can the pop up box be disabled or allow that feature to not pop up every time, as those who are delegates when creating multiple meetings throughout the day are having to dismiss this box, and results in more clicks and time consumed than the previous version before RC Scheduler.
