Increase Wait time for Calling into a Queue
The maximum is 15 minutes, we would like to double that.
Sam, I removed the queue. However, what I asked for was not accomplished. I asked to increase the number of incoming callers to the queue from 25 callers calling in to 50 callers calling in.
