Cost Centre added to Unassigned Extentions

The ability to see which cost centres each licence is assigned to in the unassigned Extensions list. This will enable support to select a licence bought for each cost centre more easily. Currently, we have to go to Billing Items, find an unassigned licences and get the direct Line number, then go back and search for that number. This is a long process and leave room for error.
