looking for an option to have the RingCentral App HUD be "always on top or at the foreground." Merged

This was part of the old RC Phone app and we would like to see it be part of the new RC Video/MVP.

    The RC call now all over my screens. I never know where it will be. Also I don't need to RCs on my screen. The one at the top is sufficient, and if I need to transfer I can pop-it open. This is doubling up my screen and in the way. Too much going on.

    Thank you, Jacob. It would be amazing if we could have the HUD always in the foreground. It would be even more amazing if we could have all of RC in the Foreground. Or if there is a way to be able to section (pop) out what we would like in the foreground. For me, I would love if the HUD and messages could always be in the foreground. but in a smaller box... I appreciate you :) Ty, Ty, Ty

    It would also be nice if we could arrange our HUD by Dept.
