Add SMS FAILURE notification to desktop/browser app

On the mobile app & on the old web app, I would see a notification if a text message was not able to go out. On the new desktop/browser apps, there is no notification so if I send an SMS there is no way for me to know that the message did not go out. This is a problem because I think that a co-worker / client received my message & they did not receive anything. On the mobile app, you get a red circle with an exclamation mark next to your message so that you know to try to resend or to call the person instead of thinking that the message went out. Can this notification bee added to the new desktop/browser app. Thank you.
