There is a call queue option that can be added from Users that only works by using the RingCentral Phone App. It would be great if this worked also with MVP.

Hello, this is not what I meant. There is a type of call queue that can only be used with RingCentral phone. It is like a user on the admin panel and then people are added in the ring option and a ring group with max 10 people can be created.
Accept queue calls toggle can be found under the profile menu in RC App.
