Enable all users in call queue access to a general mailbox on desk phone.

I have 3 scheduling coordinators that need access to the main voicemail from their desktop phones.

    the polycom VVX450 can do this with the "shared lines" feature, but only if you DONT have the extension module with extra line buttons (it only works on phones with 10 lines or less)

    Customer support is saying the only way is through the computer app. This does not solve my problem.

    Hello Bethany,

    They need to log in using the credential of call queues or the general mailbox ext for them to access the voicemails. Thanks!
