Changing PIN Merged

When the consumer tries to change the PIN in the system under Security, there is no option on the primary screen to get to the PIN and Security Question. The only option is Change Password. If the user does not need to Change the Password, they would not access that portal to see that the PIN and Security Question are under the Password.
