We work with different independent contractors that we message with all the time, but we need that the whole team have access to each other sms with every contractor. What I mean is to have a shared messaging system with the team members. Thanks!

Same here - we are an M&A company so being able to text from specific phone numbers on queues is vital to us -- we did a ghetto work around by having all users in a single site sign on with the same login, which poses many risks.
This is sorely missing from ringcentral. Please add the feature ASAP.
We need the exact same feature, we also work with technicians and installers which all the team needs to be able to see and reply to the sms.
I need this exact same thing. I was having a hard time explaining to support but I found the exact feature I need (attached picture). I'm not vouching for this company, RingCentral is not losing my business but this feature is very much needed. If this tiny company can figure it out the top dog should be able to implement.
We have 20 users w/ physical phones, and all of them have to log in using the same extension(SITE SMS RECIPIENT) to reply to sms. This is horrible from a security standpoint. Please make a way to share sms like call queues. SO users only have to log in to their user account to reply to company messages w/ the company number.
