Add the option to disable automatic adjustment of microphone Merged

Within the older version of the RC phone app, you were able to toggle off the 'Automatically adjust microphone'. This feature is missing from the newer glip application which causes issues with some headset's where it sets the sensitivity so high all background noise's, conversations, keyboard typing etc are picked up.

Microsoft teams had a similar issue until they recently added the ability to turn this feature off.
