We work with multiple clients that have different sites, and I am sure many other RingCentral customers do as well. The global directory adds all phone numbers in the company to the directory, however our sites would benefit greatly from having Contact Groups that are specific to their site. Having the ability in the admin center to create different contact groups and apply them to different users/sites would be very beneficial.
Additionally have any Contact Groups also carry over to the Contact Center for our organization would be helpful.
This feature would be very useful for us. We have different sites in a few different states, so being able to keep the contact groups specific to each site, and being able to manage that in the admin portal would be very useful.
