We work with Shaw Communications.
When we are calling customers, we are able to call into their VOIP system, go the correct way through the prompts, then a dial tone comes on the phone. At this point we dial the customers phone number and its SHAW that shows up on the Caller ID.
We work for more than just Shaw, so would like to have this so our techs in the field with their own personal phones are able to do this with our Caller ID (Integrated Solutions) through Ring Central.
But they wouldn't have their own number in Ring Central, just to be able to call in to use our Caller ID.
