Auto provision phone number from Azure AD City attribute

Would love to have Azure AD auto provisioning be able to assign a phone number in the area code that corresponds with one of these attributes:

This would help organizations that span multiple cities be able to use Azure AD auto provisioning on new accounts in the matching area code that matches the city or zip code instead of first available which might not match at all
