NEED 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION!!

I cannot receive phone calls with this system for 2 factor login authentication. If this isn't resolved I'm going to have to go back to the landline. Every bank is now requiring 2 factor as well as many other website logins. Please support this app & resolve this problem!

    I believe Donna Goldthorpe is asking that the SMS feature on the Ring Central App and Destock versions support receiving 2 factor authentication texts from different sites/carriers/etc. My colleagues and I would like this feature added as well. We constantly have to get a 2FA from someone in the office bc we all have to use our own cell phone lines. If one person is busy or unreachable, then we cannot access that account/site/etc. This would be an incredibly useful feature. Please add ASAP.

    Can you explain what you mean by only require for first time login? I'm finding that is not true. Not only that how do I authenticate for the first time?

    Hi Donna, we also have a two-factor authentication, but will only require for first time login on a device.
