I am requesting an increase in the download speed of call logs from service.ringcentral.com. The download speed has decreased substantially over the years and has a significant impact on productivity and QOS.
We routinely download call logs with file sizes apx. 1.5-2 MB and see a download time of 2-2.5 min per file. In testing with a Ring Central representative, we determined this is due to server load.
