If you have two screens (ex. a monitor and laptop screen) with different scaling levels (ex. 150% and 100%), then when you drag the RC Phone window between the two screens, it doesn't auto-resize itself correctly the first time.
Note: Windows scaling options can be accessed by right clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display Settings'. Then go to the 'Scale and layout' section.
I've been having this issue and have to exit the meeting/return in order for it to be resolved. Very frustrating. Is there a way to correct this issue?
I reported the bug in the Ring Central Phone Settings, then Support menu.
I don't think I can't report the bug there because it only lets me select software features related to Ring Central MVP, not Ring Central Phone. Should I report it there and select "Other" under "Having a problem with:"?
