RingCentral Embeddable makes it possible to embed a fully functional RingCentral phone into any website. In fact it is used by a large number of CRMs to help teams enable the following functionality:
Click to dial. Call any contact with a click of a button.
Call dispositions and notes. Be prompted to enter call notes at the end of a call (requires additional coding).
Schedule meetings. Schedule calls with customers and add them to your calendar.
SMS and team messaging. Send and receive SMS messages from your browser. Log them in your CRM.
