My video is mirrored in RingCentral. That needs to be fixed. According to your help and support files, there should be a setting for that. There IS NO SETTING IN THE APP. Yes, I updated, No it is not there. FIX YOUR HELP SCREEN OR FIX THE APP. Either one. Thank you.

with this (WEIRD) change? The help that is available DOES NOT SHOW THIS.
And from a user's perspective, this is not a logical place to find this
setting, one checkbox in a field of graphics???? Is RC just doing anything
you can think of to be different from Zoom? Even at the expense of
alienating potential customers?
I am more likely to pay to upgrade to an app that updates its help files
IMMEDIATELY and run away from an application that keeps outdated
information just to frustrate its users with futile efforts.

Hi, are you still having issues with mirrored video? You can go to settings > video > virtual background > checked the box for mirror my video. Thank you!
