Hi, It would be best if we can allow SMS to be enabled for UK numbers. This will help users to utilize their UK numbers in communicating to clients thru text messaging.

This limitation for UK customers was never explained to me during the migration frm Mitel. If I had known our UK site would not be allowed use SMS I would have gone to a new provider. This feature is included in all our licences so why are our UK employees not allowed use it.
Since most of our client coordination is on text, getting the UK number wasn't of much use.
Hoping to get SMS feature added to UK numbers soon.
I have a US number on a UK account. It would be very helpful to send SMS to US numbers from the US RC number on a UK account.
