Option to press a key and call routes directly to that call queue's specified voicemail before the call connects to the call queue members.
This should be a standard feature. Customers should not have to wait on hold to leave a voicemail a simple " Thank you for calling XYZ Company, please hold for the next available agent. Rather than stay on hold, press 1 to leave a voicemail.
Add feature to provide prompt option for the caller to leave a message while in the call queue vs. having them wait a set amount of time before they are given the option to leave a voicemail.
