set the number of times an IVR loops to less than 3

I want callers to hear a prompt one time and no more in my main IVR even if they don't press anything. It would seem that the default of 3 loops through the message is hard coded. The problem from some of our customers is that touch tones don't always work from certain telephone carriers to RingCentral IVR. Selecting a menu option doesn't work in that case or maybe they are driving and can't press an option while driving. The default of 3 loops is TOO long to wait for our main IVR to loop through each time for 3 times. Please allow to change number of loops to 1 or 2 so that our customers can go to the default hunt group to have their call answered right away.

    I would like for the engineers to create a dropdown box where we could select 0, 1, 2 or 3 for the number of times the menu repeats after caller enters no action.
