Jeff, I think you misunderstand the request.
There is no "Include Attachment" option for Fax Transmission Results. There is on the Fax themselves, and we use that to make sure users receive the fax and not a notification that a fax came in.
I have users asking for at least the first page of the fax to be included with Fax Transmission Results so they can identify which fax the result page goes with.
IT Does. Log into ringcentral web portal go to "My Extension" Go to Settings, Notifications. Hit the down arrow on Messaging Notifications. Then click "Customize Notifications" next to Received Faxes. Check the box for Include attachment with email.
