RC Contact Search by Company Merged

Why has RC not made it possible to search contacts by company? In order for the search tool to work I have to put the Company name in the first or last name as the individual. I couldn't belive that RC would not have that function running before forcing everyone to change to the new version about a year ago and it still is not fixed.

Who's drivin this bus anyway?
