Currently upon the startup of the computer, RC App loads up but in order to keep "team chat" up AND see who is on the phone/who the call is ringing to, you have to switch tabs from message to phone, which is clunky and very time consuming.
This idea allow the user to have a side by side (split screen on my computer) of my office teams chat/messages to me, while also having the ability to see incoming calls and the caller id's to the que.
The feature allows me to set up my teams computers in a way that is much more visible and cuts down on confusion of who is answering the call, without having to click it open and drag it into its place daily.
