Quickly reach an operator or a Reception desk by dialing zero, it will automatically dial the correct extension

This is not good customer service if someone calls directly to a phone and then cannot zero out to reach the receptionist. This really needs to be added as a feature that could be turned on. It should not be reached only by the IVR.

Calling the '0' from a USER extension, not an IVR.
