We'd like (and it should be pretty obvious) to have MFA as an option on RingCentral accounts. The lack of, especially for SuperAdmin accounts, is a security risk. The extra security layer would make me feel more comfortable. Authenticator app (like Google, MS, or Duo) would be preferred.

Indeed, I am shocked that it took until Nov 2020 for someone to make this feature request.
Yes, there is no excuse for an enterprise app to not support multi factor login with both authenticator apps and yubikey/hardware security key.
Where does this exist? I even contacted support and they said this doesn't exist on the Ring Central phone or admin accounts.
