For the Outbound Skill Control in CX1, there should be an audit trail similar to what exists with Skills and Users in User Hub.
Currently, Outbound Skill Control has Notifications, but the notes are short-lived and don't provide enough information.
There is a Skill History Notification report and I have it scheduled to run every weekday. But the one thing that is missing from this report. If a user uploads a call list and checks to auto-start the skill when complete, the Skill History Notification report does not show the user ID for that skill. So if this ticket is a feature request, I would say that the lack of a user ID for the Skill History Notification report is more of a defect and should be addressed immediately. BTW, I did open a ticket regarding the Skill History Notification report and the lack of a user ID when auto-starting a call list, and they pointed me to this ticket. So I am adding my two cents.
