Change User's Custom Status

I believe it would be beneficial for any supervisor to be able to change their subordinate's custom status AND availability (Available/DND/Invisible).
For example, if an individual is out sick abruptly and commonly gets support calls directly, as a supervisor, I'd like to set their status to "Out of the Office" so others know and don't waste time trying to call them.
