Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones so that if someone sets DND on their desk phones it shows up on all other users desk phones that they have DND on. At present it only shows up in the App if you set DND in the App, and dos not show on desk phones.
one more thought, the desk phone dnd works to dump calls to voicemail so it absolutely needs to reflect in the app because the receptionist needs to know whether to transfer the call or not.
We have non-tech users that don't use the app as well as folks that don't have a computer to run the app. It would be really helpful if the desk phone DND reflected on the receptionist's app so she can see their status. This can't be terribly hard to implement, and it would be really helpful.
Any update on this request? This is a really critical need to have the app and desk phones sync users status.
I have had multiple clients request this feature. I think this is a great idea. If you are on DND it should be the same across the board. If a user needs to forward calls to their mobile app or vice versa, we have a way to do that by toggling it. Great idea.
