Bulk Message delete in RingCentral App / GLIP Merged

We re-use our extensions and when a new employee logs in they can see all the previous users messages (Some are not appropriate). We need a way to delete previous messages WITHOUT having to delete and re-add the extension, as most re-used extensions are part of our IVR Menus.

    The process when an extension is currently part of an IVR Menu is as follows;

    1. Go to IVR Menus and change the extension option for the number you are working with to another extension. Repeat for any other menus. 

    2. Return to Users and disable the user.  

    3. Reset and Assign New User

    4. Create the New User

    5. Go back to IVR Menus and changed back to the old extension numbers. 

    The BEST SOLUTION I would suggest is to add a RESET MESSAGES option when using the reset and assign button in the above process.

Multiple message delete

need to have the ability to delete multiple messages in a text message at one time, not have to delete each individual message! Having too many messages that don’t go through bcuz your mobile app is not functional.
