when a client texted in on the main number , allow multiple users to see and respond to there message. grasshopper has this because there is only 1 number to work through
Needed desperately when multiple team members are assigned to communications. We are relying on one person to forward the information. Then it becomes confusing because the reply comes from a completely different number

There are very few features that RC doesn't offer, that most others do. This is one of them, and is very much needed. Thanks for moving this to the "planned" stage. kindly keep us informed of any ETA on this. Thanks!
Necessary feature for all businesses. Shocked RingCentral doesn't have it.
Ya man. Folks seem to want this feature ASAP! I have to concur, right now I have no use for the Call Queue due to the fact that customers will try to text that number and if I am lucky they get a notification that it is a "Land Line" worst case and this happens often the client says that they texted me and I of course never received the text nor had the chance to read it. Come one RC focus in on this one!
