Allow Transcription of Meeting

Would like to request RC Meeting ability to transcribe a meeting into text. Since voicemails can transcribe into text, it seems as though RC has the technology to do so. This would be very handy for recorded meetings where we want to keep detailed notes and be able to scan to the relevant information.

    This seems so close, I couldn't imagine it's not possible. I can record meetings, but there's no easy way to export that recorded meeting to a third-party transcription app, such as Otter or one of the many others available.

    Hi Becky,

    We have the ringcentral office solution including videoconferencing. I have been told twice today that this option is not available on ringcentral. Please let me know where it is.

    Dan, this feature exists in RingCentral Video. We would encourage you to speak with your account manager about switching over. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions!
    Just did some poking around and you're right. Looks like this feature is on the roadmap for RingCentral Video - sorry for the confusion.

    This is fundamental for a modern system. Zoom provides the functionality and so it can't be hard to integrate with ringcentral, as it uses Zoom
