Main Phone Number texts/messages should be accessible to more than one user, not only the Admin. Merged

We have a small business with 2 users. Texts/messages are only viewable to the admin. A feature is needed to allow the business to have more than 1 user on the main line where our new business comes in. We are not able to function as only one person only receives these messages. Not having this feature makes the system unusable for us. Never would have signed up for RC had we known this was not possible.
