Extension only people to disable call button

I would like the option as the admin to disable the call button and all call options so stop accidental calls from happening. Then extra charges will not happen for non phone number users.

The extension users can use the video calls within the team to be able to communicate via voice and to collab on projects.

This feature should pass through to both the mobile app and the web application.
