The Call Forwarding Feature from one extension to another extension

Yes, users need to be able to configure their call handling, and then users in their cover path should be able to cover their missed calls by answering them via the desktop application. Ringing your "office" phone at an empty desk because you are working remotely is a poor customer service structure of the RC system. Many employers are allowing hybrid work now, and our customer service standards shouldn't have to drop simply because we are working remotely. We want phones answered when they ring.

I downloaded the RC Soft Phone and call forwarding was still unable to send the call to my extension/ RC Soft phone app as part of the sequence.
