Skip VM greeting

On our old Avaya phone system, employees could press 1 to skip the VM message and go straight to leaving a voicemail. On the new ACO cloud, there is no way to skip the voicemail greeting.

I have employees who are requesting to skip other employees VM messages by pressing a number and going straight to leaving a message.
