unread message alert
sometimes I don't hear the message alert sound, for newly arrived messages, just because I am not at my desk all the time, I have to open the rincentral app, and look at the message section to realize there are unread messages sent by users, it has happened me several times that I realize this after several days messages have been sent.
I would be really help full to set reminders, either pop-up message or task bar, that there are "unred" messages still pending to be addessed.
Thanks Jessica, I do have this menu, I will try , by enabling some of the options, such as email notifications > direct messages > every 15 min, so I get some alert when I have unread direct messages.
I also enabled > Always show notifications when the app is in the foreground.
I will try and see if this helps not to skip messages,
Hi Hector, do you have the option to allow for notifications on in the app? The setting is under Settings - Notifications and audio, and there are different options for the bounce app icon and showing notifications even when the app is in the foreground.
