Incoming Caller ID should show the name and number on all plans.
Caller ID with name is a basic feature for every other phone I have and have had for several years. Even my cell phone now has free caller ID with name for no additional cost. The base level plan you offer already has more features than I need (Thank You) except for this feature. To upgrade to the next level just for caller ID doesn't make sense. Please make incoming caller ID with name a basic feature of all plans.
When I began service with Ring Central over 2 years ago the caller ID feature for Incoming Calls was part of my plan. Now as of 8/22/22 it's not. Upgrading to the next level plan to get a feature that was originally present, is unnecessary for my business because I do not need all the extra features of that upgraded plan. Incoming Caller ID with Names that were put into our contact list should continue for standard as well as all plans. Loyalty to the company should mean something.
