The ability to remove/drop individuals from a conference call instead of having to end the call for everyone and then call back the remaining individuals.

We frequently connect clients and providers through warm transfers (merge calls, then remove ourselves and leave client and provider connected) as a primary function of our organization. Current conference call handling through the desktop app (required use by organization) is unable to support this function.

This feature is necessary for a modern business environment.
Absoulutely a must for our business needs. Many times we need to conference in another business to gather some information during a current call with a client. Our old phone system allowed for us to drop the other business after we got what we needed without having to hang up on the client and call them back to resume.
We use interpreters for our Spanish speaking members. Every time we call someone, we have to hang up on our interpreter and then call them back after each call. The phone app allows us to drop the member without dropping the interpreter. Maybe you guys could just bring it over to the computer app too.
