Allowing us to have a place in the RC app to integrate ticket submission to SysAid so our users can stay within the RC app while also reaching out to Support.
Thank you so much for submitting this idea. We recognize the value of integrating third-party products with the RingCentral platform. However, except for a few of the most common products customers need to integrate, we rely heavily on our developer community and ISVs to help build these integrations. However, we have created products for developers that make integrating with RingCentral much easier. I want to introduce you to one of our most popular tools: RingCentral Embeddable.
RingCentral Embeddable allows embedding a fully functional RingCentral phone into any website. In fact, it is used by a large number of CRMs to help teams enable the following functionality:
Click to dial. Call any contact with a click of a button.
Call dispositions and notes. Be prompted to enter call notes at the end of a call (requires additional coding).
Schedule meetings. Schedule calls with customers and adds them to your calendar.
SMS and team messaging. Send and receive SMS messages from your browser. Log them in your CRM.
