Call Handling Templates: Allow for these to be applied to other extension types (Sites, IVRs & Queues)

Please can you enhance Call Handling Templates so that they can be applied to not only RingCentral Users, but also extensions for Sites, IVRs and Queues.


This feature would be particularly useful when we have been asked by the business to divert all calls in the phone system for a specific business area.
