Add Paging Groups in RC App

We use paging groups to unlock doors in the building. We have SIP relays connected to the doors. If a visitor calls from the entrance, once we disconnect the intercom, we dial *84 and then 14 to unlock the lobby door. If we could have the paging groups in the RC app, we could click the paging group and unlock the door from either the desktop or mobile app. Paging groups don't show up in the new software, but they did in the legacy software?

    Spent time with Support today and we discovered it is available in the mobile app but not the desktop app. That reasoning makes no sense to me. RC please make paging groups available in the desktop app with a single button click. Heck lets go a step further and make them available on the desk phone with a single button click instead of multiple dialing sequences.

    from desktop app or mobile app you would use the *84 option to access the page. I think this original request was to have a button so we did not need to use the *84

    Hello, I also agree that this should be added to the RingCentral desktop app as well. I have a client with an overhead PA system that would like their users to be able to page from their desktop app.
