When a call queue receives a voicemail the members of the queue are able to access the message via the RC app. When a fax is received by the queue the members are NOT able to access that message via the RC app. Could that be fixed so that all messages (whether voice or fax) to the queue are accessible via the app?
Additionally, when a fax is received by the call queue, all the members are sent an email notification about the received fax. The email clearly states that the fax can be viewed in the app even though it can not be.
