Incoming call on iOS should ring/open RC app not native iOS phone app

When the iphone is on the lockscreen and an incoming RC call comes in, the call is incorrectly routed through the iOS native phone app and thus is answered in the native phone app. Proper behavior should be for the call to be routed to the RC app and thus answered within the RC app.

The proper behavior does occur when the phone is unlocked, so this issue is limited to only when the iPhone is locked when the call comes in.
