Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.
Hi all, this is a known issue that has a fix in upcoming release 22.4.10. Pending finalized date for rollout, but it should be coming soon.

Hi @Craig Larkin, I'm checking if this is a normal behavior.
Nothing more heard.
Seems illogical to remove this feature - it's not like the numberpad enter key is now used for something else
We also noted this changed functionality. Is irritating that pressing enter no longer works as it is the natural thing to do after you have entered number or pulled up contact.
