Users need to be able to access more than 2 lines on phone

If we have an attorney that has a line on hold, one active and a new call comes in, the user is not aware of the 3rd or 4th call and the system directs the call to VM or settings for call handling. Our attorney's want the option to answer these calls if needed

    We tested setting up a Mitel 6920 phone and were able to add an additional 2 lines to the extension using presence. We will be testing this more when the test phones arrive next week. The Yearlink would only allow us to assign 2 lines.
