General Voicemail box

We would like to have a general voicemail box that would allow us in the app in to view new voicemails from multiple users.

The email gets convoluted due to the amount of emails received. It would be nice to go to the app and have the voicemails showing and being able to click on them for a user to check mark that they have taken care of it.
