Only allow access to Call recordings to Users who are in the call

If a call is intercepted then the person who intercepts can not listen to the call recording. However the person assigned to the original extension can listen to the call even though they didn't pick it up.

So User 1111 calls Users 2222 but the are not there and User 3333 intercepts the call

User 1111 can Access the call recording

User 2222 Can Access the call recording

User 3333 CAN NOT Access the call recording

If User 1111 & User 3333 go on to discuss private information then this is directly accessible by User 2222 which does not seem appropriate.

In contrast if a call is transferred Users can only access the part of the call they are involved in which makes sense.
