Ability to use distribution list to fax to multiple recipients.

CASE:

• User has a schedule that needs to be faxes out to 7 different external businesses weekly. Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. User would like to be able to send the fax to a distribution list which contains these fax recipients to speed up their workflow.

What has been done:

• I have created a distribution list and added it as an authorized mailbox under the user's fax settings.

• Within the distribution list I put in a contact with the format [fax number]@rcfax.com as a test to see if it would work, and so far the logs don't register Ring Central receiving the attempted fax.

• I have traced the message through the email tenant and it reflects delivered to rcfax.com

What is being asked:

• Ability to simplify faxing to multiple recipients by using a distribution list or related tool.
